WITNESS WANTED On October 2, 2011, at approximately 2:00 p.m., a young lady slipped and fell at the exit by Customer Service in the Real Canadian Superstore located at Gateway Road and McLeod Avenue in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The young lady was injured when she slipped and fell as a result of the accumulation of liquid on the floor in the area. An eye witness advised the young lady at the time that the store had been alerted to the presence of liquid and had not placed a sign or cleaned up the area prior to the accident.
